Payment
Qoocheloo accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, MobilePay Online, and ApplePay.
Payment will only be charged to your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
Amount reservation
When using payment cards, both debit and credit, an amount is reserved for the transaction. This amount is held until the webshop has processed and shipped your order. Once the order is shipped, the funds will be deducted from your account. The reservation period depends on the product/service.
Authorization on debit cards
With debit cards, you may see that the money is reserved on your account, reducing your available balance. If you or the webshop subsequently cancels your order, the webshop cannot withdraw the money, but the reservation will still apply for a period. Please note that only your bank (or card issuer) can lift the reservation.
Authorization on credit cards
The money will be deducted from your account and reflected in your statement when the webshop processes and withdraws the payment for your order.
All amounts on the website include VAT. The website uses the following currencies for pricing: Denmark – Kroner (DKK) Qoocheloo utilizes a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, ensuring that your data is safe and cannot be read by external parties.
Qoocheloo’s own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.
Delivery The delivery time for your order is 1-3 business days.
Qoocheloo ships items using the following services: GLS – Business, GLS – Private, GLS – Parcel Shop, PostNord – Private, PostNord – Business, PostNord – Optional delivery location
The shipping cost is calculated based on weight.
You can choose to have the package sent “without delivery” or “with delivery”. You will always receive a tracking number to follow your package from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Right of withdrawal We offer a full 14-day right of withdrawal on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 14-day period starts from the day the order is delivered. You are responsible for any return shipping costs. Please note that earrings cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

You will need to print and attach the return label to the package, pay for the shipping, and ensure you obtain a receipt at the post office as proof of the return. We offer a full 14-day right of withdrawal, which applies from the day you receive your goods. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the item is returned in the same condition and quantity as when you received it. Once we receive the item and approve the return, we will transfer the purchase amount to your account within 30 days. Please be aware that we only refund to the credit card used for the purchase, as a measure to prevent unlawful use of stolen credit cards. Ensuring that your transactions with us are secure and reliable is of utmost importance to us.
Condition of the item upon return You are liable for any depreciation of the item’s value caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties, and functionality. This means that you may try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it will be considered used and of reduced value. This means that you will not receive a refund of the purchase amount upon cancellation. Qoocheloo will assess the condition of the item.
Warranty We offer a 24-month warranty on all our products in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means that you, as a customer, can complain about any defects or deficiencies in the product that arise within 24 months after purchase. We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase, and therefore, we offer various options depending on the specific situation.
If you experience a defect or deficiency in the product upon receipt, we can offer to repair it, exchange it, refund the money, or offer a price reduction. We want to ensure that you are satisfied with the solution that best suits you.
However, it is important to note that the warranty does not cover faults, damages, or wear and tear caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or ordinary wear and tear. Please note that earrings cannot be exchanged or returned for hygienic reasons. We recommend that you follow our care recommendations.

Complaint Options A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to Nævnenes Hus, Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager (Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints), Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus. The mediation team will attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation, and if a solution cannot be reached, you can bring the complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board.
As a general rule, it is a requirement to lodge a complaint that the item or service you are complaining about has cost a minimum of DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints regarding clothing and shoes, the price should generally be a minimum of DKK 720. The monetary limits may be subject to change. There is a fee for processing the complaint.
